Kinsman is always looking for people with whom to start new ventures.  If you are interested, please contact us .  Our process begins with gaining an in-depth understanding of the people with whom we will work.  This will include education, experience, track record, etc.  Assuming there is “chemistry” between you and our group, the next step is understanding the business you propose.  If there is an interest in you and your business proposal, we will proceed to a preliminary evaluation of the financial viability of the business.  If it looks like the economics of the business work, we will proceed to due diligence on you.  This will include background and credit checks as well as extensive reference interviews.  When these steps are completed and we are still interested in you and your proposal, we will prepare with your help a eighteen month detailed budget for the business.  Once you are satisfied and committed to making the budget a reality, and we agree with you that the budget goals you have set are obtainable, we will make a proposal for a business partnership.  If you agree we can start the business immediately.  We will provide the financial support to start the business as well as all the back office support.  Your job will be to get business in the door, get it taken care of and out the door and collect the money, we will do the rest.
